The Pura UV Addon-1 is designed to be installed after your reverse osmosis system or other drinking water filtration system. This is an easy and inexpensive way to add bacteria, virus and cyst reduction to your existing system, without replacing your entire filtration system. The quick connect fittings on the Addon-1 allow you just simply install this UV sterilizer in-line between the last stage of your filtration system and your faucet to give you the purest water possible.
Pura UV Addon-1 and Reverse Osmosis:
The Addon-1 is a great choice to install after your existing reverse osmosis system. While reverse osmosis will remove most contaminants from your water, there is a possibility that bacteria could develop in the storage tank. By installing the Addon-1 you know that you are drinking the purest water possible.
