Improperly Functioning System

Please also carefully review our installation and filter changes videos and as well as written instructions to ensure you installed your system correctly. Most times, manufacturers have also included troubleshooting tips in their user guides so you can quickly and easily diagnose your issue. If you are sure you followed all steps outlined, and you still have a problem, try our simple troubleshooting tips before contacting us.  These tips could save you time and trouble returning your product.

System Damaged in Shipment

When your order arrives, please open up the boxes and inspect the contents for damage. Do not assume if the box is not damaged that the contents are fine. It is not uncommon for a box to look undamaged but the contents to be damaged (this is referred to as concealed damage). If you see any, please contact us immediately so we may file a freight claim. Freight claims must be filed within 10 days of when you receive your order. If you notify us after this time, you will be responsible for the cost, so please help us, help you. Inspect the contents of all your boxes thoroughly as soon as you receive your water filter system. If there is damage, do not throw your boxes, the packaging or any contents away. CALL eFilterWater IMMEDIATELY.

Unfortunately, because of manufacturer requirements, we are not able to accept returns of damaged products after 30 days.

Keep all of the original packaging for 60 days.  The shipping company has a right to inspect the condition of the boxes before paying damages. If you do not keep the original packaging and your freight claim is denied, we will not be able to refund your money, in part or in whole.

You Are Not Completely Satisfied

Returning something to eFilterWater is Super easy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it: When we receive your request, one of our Representatives will contact you with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (returns received without this number will not be accepted because we won't know who they belong to).
