What is your shipping method and how much does it cost to ship?

We ship via FedEx or USPS.

Shipping is free on orders over $49*.
 Some larger items such as water coolers may be exempt from free shipping. If you are still uncertain, to find out what your shipping costs are for your order, click on the "Buy Now" button, and your shipping cost will be reflected in the shopping cart.

*Free shipping valid only in the continental 48 states. Not valid in Alaska or Hawaii.

When will my order ship?


Orders received before 3:00 pm CT are shipped the same day.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered during regular business hours Monday through Friday - holidays are excluded. Some items we drop ship and those usually go out approximately 1 to 2 business days after receipt. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track your package. An estimated arrival date is available on FedEx tracking sites.

* For 1 day, 2 day and 3 day shipping orders we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Destinations


  • We ship inside the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to APO or post office boxes within these areas.
  • We do not ship outside these areas due to customs issues.

Multiple Shipments


The various types of products may be made at different manufacturing locations. Each type of product may be shipped separately. You may receive your items at different times. 


Can orders be picked up directly from your warehouse?


Depending on the product this may be possible, but you will still be charged the standard handling fee. A request can be made through our Customer Contact Form prior to placing your order.

Can I specify "No Signature Required" or that I have special shipping instructions (i.e. Leave the package on the back porch)?


Since we cannot guarantee that the carrier will always follow through on this request, we suggest contacting your local carrier once your order has shipped. You can use the tracking number that is emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
